Little help for a sad kitten...please.

I just found out my aunt has brain cancer. So, in a bid to distract myself from having a breakdown, I'm looking for fics that are full of angst (preferably Xander focused) but end happily for our boys. Thanks in advance for the recs. Lesser known fics are appreciated.
