Hello, I have yet to find this fic so I'm gonna try re-posting what little I remember in hopes soomeone will recognize the fic^_^

Um..Help Finding a Fic?

The pairing is Xander/Spike. I know that for some reason Anya was hurt/dieing/or tired of being human and I'm pretty sure she got her powers back. She wanted Xander to have someone to love and/or take care of so she made Spike female and human too.
I remember one scene where Xander kinda gives Dawn ans femaleSpike the 'talk' and show them how to use condoms and have safe oral sex also..there were bannanas involved also ^_^ Eventualy Spike and Xander get together and Spike gets pregnant and gives birth. I know that after Spike gives birth he turns male and vapiric agian and is scared Xander does't want him anymore but they stay together.

Help?Please?

Happy to see it was found. It would figure that it would be by a writer whose Buffy fics are probably the only ones I never noticed before... *facepalm*

The beginning of your description sounds like A Son of Cain A Daughter of Lilith by Scorpio which can be found at the Spander Files, but the rest doesn't sound the same.

In Scorpio's fic, it's Xander that's turned into a girl. It's a really good fic though!

I remember the fic, exactly as you describe it, unfortunately I also can't remember the title or author, which is a crying shame cause now I want to read it again too!!
