Fic Search

I looking for a S/X story I read a long, long time ago and would like to reread. Hopefully you guys can help me out.

It features Spike having to take care of a baby dropped off by a friend of his (possibly a dryed named Meline?) Xander helps him take care of the baby and they end up getting together. In a sequel they go to Brazil? to visit the baby and have a honeymoon?
