James Marsters on a new show?

Okay so I tuned into to CBS tonight and caught the last half of Without a Trace and to my surprise guess who I should see but James Marsters. Now I looked on tv.com to see if he was now on the show or who he was playing and as of now it only says he was a guest star for the episode. But since the section he was a part of didn't actually end and I think he was playing some kind Federal Agent there is a good chance he may return. Just thought I would share for all the James Marsters fans out there.
