I am sorry to bother but I have been looking for this fic and it is driving me crazy. I remember that Spike and Xander were together and Xander brings Graham back to their apartment because Graham is freaking out about being a HST (he got bit by a werewolf). It eventually becomes a Spander/Graham fic. I remember only bits a pieces after that: Graham asleep being watched by Xander, Spike having sex with Graham while Xander peeks from the other room, Riley being angry...stuff like that.
