Hello. I was looking for a fic. It's one of those that as soon as someone tells me whose it is, I'll feel stupid for not realizing it sooner. 

Placed on Season 4 in the Basement, Xander has been poisoned. I think he had still some needle stuck somewhere. He is very ill, and keeps drifting on and off conciousness. He's delirious, and Spike and Giles (which is the one helping him look for the antidote for the venom) learn that his life has definitely not been roses. 

I know this is not Suki Blue's one, as this one is far angstier and Willow doesn't play a main role. 

Any help? Please?
