another fic search, I know

This one is one of those post-Chosen, Spike as a ghost haunting Xander ones; but it's not Breaking the Skin by rubywisp where Xander's perpetually drunk (because I just read it *g*). I remember that Xander is massively overworked, exhausted and depressed, and Spike starts feeding him soups and things and basically getting him healthy again. I think it's a one-off. Any ideas? Sorry about the thin description, but that soup thing is pretty much all I remember. *g*
