I don't know if I'm allowed to post this kind of thing here so if I'm not, moderators please feel free to chastise me. I'm just so excited about what I read, although it seems to be old news (posted February). But since it was news about Nick and James, and I haven't seen anyone else mention it on Bloodclaim, I thought you guys might want to know....that is if you don't already.
First off, Nick's next appearance on Criminal Minds will be April 2. He's logged in for at least two more episodes. At nickbrendon.com, which is a great site run by Jacqui, who is a terrific, on the ball moderator, Nick put up an audioblog detailing some of his experiences on CM. Among them were the fact that he got to meet several real life FBI and military men. But the most eye grabbing information to me, and I'm sure to you guys as well, is the fact that he was in a little sock like James used to have to wear on Buffy, holding a wine bottle and that the cameras captured his, what I'm sure is, luscious backside. Why didn't Joss ever do that on Buffy? Can't wait to see Nick on the t.v. screen again, especially since I have a 52" screen. Gah!
Also, if you go to this link http://www.tvguide.com/Ask-Ausiello/criminal-minds/080227-16 it confirms that Nick is on for 2 more eps. If you look to the right, Click #2, and it will take you to a link discussing "Dollhouse". They say that Joss wasn't going to use any Buffy/Angel alum for the other 8 characters he needs to cast, but they say that before the Buffy reunion, he had changed his mind and said he might cast some if they fit into his writing of his characters. Among some mentioned who were speculated (not by Joss but by the writer of the article) might make the cut were Charisma Carpenter, Amy Acker and James Marsters. There was a place to comment on whether you wanted to see Buffy alum on the show or if you wanted Eliza surrounded by newcomers. I think a little of both would be great. Personally, I would love to see those three and Nick on screen with Eliza. How about you guys?
Sorry about the rambling, but I am totally excited and hope this works out for everyone. And if Nick isn't on "Dollhouse", I'll watch him on "Criminal Minds" or anything else he works on.
