Looking for Xander adopting a kid from the streets

There is a reason why I usually don't read WIPs, I just suck at keeping track of them... :(

This specific story is about Xander and a little kid - not sure about the gender - which he picked up on the streets in LA. He takes the little one in, and for a few days they live at a motel before he rents/buys a house from a nice elderly couple. He even take the child to Toys'R'us. Later on Spike shows up.

So, anyone know the title?
