LF xander as a medium

LF a post series fic where after Xander is wounded (at work perhaps) he wakes up in hospital & is able to talk to and see his dead grandmother. (don't think he & spike were involved yet, but could be wrong). Turns out he's a medium, or something similar. One of the chapters deals with Wesley and Fred. I know its an unfinished wip & was posting here, but can't seem to find it; no luck at spander files yet either.

ETA: Found! The series is by vinniebatman, and is listed in the author's memories or tags under the 'Paranormal 25 Table'
