the construction company xander works for has been building homes for the demon population. Xander realizes this and mades some good suggestions to his boss about building them more efficiently or something.Then he is promoted to like development manager and given an apartment in one of the demon buildings. Then he moves spike in and it seems that xander has been working for years to be worthy of spike and now he thinks he is and is ready to claim him? or something like that.
