Another Fic Search

I'm looking for a specific Spander fic where Xander moved to LA (pre-Buffy, I think?) and ran with Gunn's crew, got a job at a gay dance/strip club, has an inner demon from a botched turning/biting? Ringing any bells? I don't even remember where I read the story, and I dunno what to search for in terms of a summary or text. Can anyone help?

Also if anyone has any recs for a good Hyena!Xander fic, I'd really appreciate it. :]
