spike/xander with a side of buffy bashing

I've been in the mood for Buffy bashing fics lately. Can  anyone point me in the direction of some well written spike/xander fics with a side of buffy bashing? You know the fics where buffy and/or the scooby gang under estimates/under appreciates xander but he gains skill/confidence/etc with the help of spike  or new friends/family/etc.
