Searching for a fic -- or recs!

I'm in the mood for Competant!Xander !  I love it when Xander is competant and it seems to happen a lot after season 5's ending, where Buffy dies.  I love the Reconstruction series, and things like Grief Counseling, and if someone could rec me some stories where Xander is not the bumbling jerk he is sometimes potrayed as, but really is willing to take charge and responsibility that would be great.

There's one in particular I remember reading that happened right after season 5 and Xander had made her coffin?
