Fic search

A few days ago, someone posted on Spanderfiles a fic they were looking for. After reading their description, it made me realize that I wanted to read the story again as well. In the fic, Spike makes a snide comment about Xander's weight. Xander goes on a diet and, if I remember correctly, joins a gym and karate class. After he passes out due to lack of sleep for all that he's done, Spike begins to keep an eye on Xander. Anyone have an idea which Spander fic this is?
