The world was in some type of ice age. Or maybe it was just winter in Chicago as that was where the story was based. ;D Drusilla was the Ice Queen and road in on a chariot at the end terrorizing Spike.
Spike and Xander are involved in drugs (blue?) in some way - either Spike getting it for Xander or Xander being a source of the drug. I do remember Xander eating on the Chicago Pier.
