Looking for an X-men crossover

I have gone through most of the X-Men crossover on TTH, but it doesn't seem to be there, so I am asking for help.
I am looking for a story where Dawn use a spell to send Xander someplace where he will be needed/happy and he is transferred to the X-Men world.
At the end I think both Dawn and Giles decide to join Xander.
Unfortunately I am not sure abut the pairing :-(
