Help with fic search for caretaker Spike?

I'm in the mood for any fics where Xander is crazy(in general or a la Drew) or brain-damaged or just not all 'there' for whatever reason and Spike cares for him. Anyone have any recs for fics like these that they can share?

No permanent death fics please.
