The ubiquitous "searching for a fic" post

It's an older one, but I don't remember how old, or a title or author or anything helpful like that. It involved Xander fixing up a house and living there with Spike. Spike playing Master of the Hellmouth, hosting a gathering of other vampires with Buffy and the rest of the girls helping out (I think Dawn was in there?). Might've been more than one story, possibly a series? I d know it's definitely not Ladycat's "A Place Called Home". I thought it was but that seems to only be a one parter without most of the things I'm remembering.

So. Any ideas? TIA.
