Xander with slayer roommates

This search has been posted on a couple of different sites and has not been found yet but sounds like it could be a great read, does this story sound familiar to anyone? Thanks for any help possible.

It takes place post-series, Xander is living somewhere with a bunch of slayers. These slayers are not considerate housemates and as a result of that Xander gets fed up and moves out. They stole his phone as well as some other stuff and he had an eye infection because he couldn't clean his eye socket.
